The case of a violin spider that bit a 23-year-old woman at a concert hall in southern Japan was dismissed last week, a court said.
The woman, a violinist and concert director at a private event, was at the concert hall when she got bitten on her thigh on June 15, and was taken to hospital, but she was not seriously injured, a ruling by a Tokyo district court on Tuesday said.
Her attorney said she had a fever and vomiting symptoms.
She has been charged with assault causing bodily harm.
The incident happened at a Tokyo concert hall.
A court earlier ruled that the suspect, a 21-year old male from Tokyo, should undergo an experimental medical treatment for a bite wound.
